Present continuous: am / is / are + verb-ing. I am, he/she/it is, you/we/they are. Just add -ing: carry → carrying.

Present simple or present continuous?
Grace _____ (walk) the dog at the moment.

“at the moment” shows the action is in progress now → present continuous (am / is / are + -ing).
